Josslyn Meyers

Directly after High School in Lloydminster, Josslyn went to the University of Saskatchewan and graduated with her B.F.A. degree in 1980. After graduation, teaching and leading tours at the Mendel Art Gallery, and teaching youth art and music at the University Extension division, she realized that her love for children could be combined with her love for art. Josslyn graduated from the college of education with distinction in 1995. Since then, she has been artist in residence for the Tribal council in Saskatoon, for Brightwater Science and Environment center in Saskatoon, Fine Arts teacher for the Stz’uminus community school in Ladysmith, Primary music teacher for Queen Margaret in Duncan, as well as teaching many private and community art classes and workshops.
