About the Event

If you're brand new to watercolour painting or are looking to get back into it after a long break, this class is for you. Join a fun, supportive group and enjoy each other's company while we explore basic techniques, experiment together, and build confidence.  Choose from one of the two four-week terms. After you complete a four-week term, you'll be eligible to register for the intermediate watercolour classes.

Recommended Materials List: 

  • 140-lb watercolour paper, cold press (pad or sheets)
  • watercolour brushes (1-inch flat, number 8 round, number 12 flat)
  • watercolour paints (tube or pan set)
  • masking tape and flat board
  • palette plate or mixing dish
