About the Event
Join us for a fun and playful introduction to basic torn paper collage techniques as you create a vibrant, floral collage! You'll be guided through selecting and tearing painted papers, then layering them onto a pre-painted canvas to form a bouquet of flowers and foliage. We'll use a completed artwork as inspiration, but you're welcome to follow along step by step or add your own personal spin! By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished artwork, ready to brighten up your space. This workshop is perfect for beginners (no experience required!) as well as artists interested in exploring a new medium. All materials are provided, including an 8x10in. canvas to use as the base for your project.
