About the Event

In this Pro-D Day workshop, students will learn about fabric weaving, storytelling, and printing methods while designing their own versions of Ghanaian Kente cloth and Adinkra printing. Instructor Maggie Wouterloot is an experienced educator and artist who has taught fine art workshops and after-school programs for over 20 years.

Each participant is asked to bring their own nut-free snack, water bottle, and clothes that they can get a little paint and glue on.
