About the Event

In this five-week polymer clay course, all you need to bring is yourself. On top of detailed instruction about a variety of materials, tools, and techniques, you will receive your own materials and tools, plenty of hands-on demonstrations by experienced artist and educator, Ora Steyn, and ample opportunity to explore and get creative with this fun and versatile medium. This course will include a basic material and tools overview, use of stencils, paint, and mica powder, canes, millefiori, and kaleidoscopes to name a few.

: After spending 40 years as a part-time potter and instructor, Ora Steyn immersed herself in the exciting medium of polymer clay. Having done quite a bit of millefiori work with porcelain, the transition came easy. Polymer clay has become her new obsession, and she can't wait to share it with you!About the instructor
