About the Event

Welcome to the art of painting-in-miniature! In this introductory workshop, artist Tiffany Hastie will demonstrate some of the common techniques and skills employed in miniature painting. Participants will have the opportunity to sample various techniques while receiving feedback and suggestions from Tiffany. This workshop is appropriate for anyone who is intrigued by the world of miniature painting. All materials provided.

The workshop will include a general overview of what miniature painting is, a demonstration, a practical dive into learning some specific techniques that are commonly used, a chance to practice painting in miniature while receiving feedback, and a time for questions and answers.

Participant Bring:

  •  A notebook and pen/pencil
  • Clothes that can get a bit of paint on them
  • A bagged lunch/snack and full water bottle
