About the Event

Get ready to launch in this fun-filled art and drama adventure for children 6 to 12 years. Students will spend the mornings exploring the wonders of the galaxy through visual art activities like drawing, painting, and collage with experienced artist and educator, Josslyn Meyers. After lunch, participants will jump back in for an afternoon of fun, cooperative drama games and activities where they will learn team building, physicality, vocal and gestural expression, and audience skills with teacher Michala Bloomfield who has been involved in theatre since childhood.

Each participant is asked to wear a mask at all times indoors and to bring their own lunch, water bottle, and clothes that they can move freely in and get a little paint and glue on.

Please complete the Student Emergency Contact and Profile Form and submit it to education@ladysmitharts.ca prior to the start of the camp.
