About the Event

If you're looking for an exciting and unforgettable summer camp experience for your child, this is it! Our expert instructors, Stephanie Roth and Kraig Waye, will guide your child through a variety of fun and engaging activities as they bring the magic of Disney's to life. They'll cover everything from vocal warm-ups to show-stopping dance numbers. Each day, your child will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colorful and vibrant world of exploring the themes of family, self-discovery, and the power of music. They'll learn how to express themselves creatively through the arts, while also building confidence, teamwork skills, and a sense of accomplishment. Between all the fun performing arts activities, there will be supervised play, lunch, and snack breaks. At the end of the week, there will be a presentation for loved ones! From upbeat group numbers to heartwarming solos, participants will have the chance to shine.EncantoEncanto,

Children who have completed Kindergarten but who haven't quite turned 6 yet are also welcome.

Each participant is asked to bring their own lunch, water bottle, and clothes that they can move freely in.

:About the Instructors

Stephanie Roth is an accomplished performer and teacher with over 35 years of experience on stages worldwide. She has toured internationally with the Broadway tour of and performed in the original Canadian company of . Stephanie also established the Stephanie Roth Performing Arts Studio, here in Ladysmith in 2021, teaching private and group singing lessons plus providing comprehensive performing arts programming for people of all ages.RENTThe Who's Tommy

Kraig Waye has worked extensively in the theatre industry, appearing in over 50 productions as an actor, musician, or music director. He has also been involved in the music industry for over 25 years as a session musician/singer, producer and songwriter. Kraig has a passion for sharing his skills and experience in the service of others who may be curious about the performing arts and all its wonders and extraordinary benefits.

If your child requires additional one-on-one support, they are welcome to attend with a responsible helper. On a case-by-case basis, providing a responsible helper may be a requirement for participation. Please contact the education coordinator at education@ladysmitharts.ca or 250-245-1252 to discuss the unique needs of your child.
