After-School Art Class with Jennifer O'Brien
Unleash your creativity in this exciting after-school art class with professional artist and experienced instructor, Jennifer O’Brien. Designed to inspire and build confidence, this class offers students the chance to explore their artistic voice through a wide variety of materials and techniques. From shaping clay and painting with watercolors and acrylics, to drawing with pastels and experimenting with mixed media, each project invites personal expression and creative discovery in a fun, supportive environment.
A 4-week session
February 10th, 2026 - March 3rd, 2026
Please note: students must be within the listed age range at the start of the course.
Note:
This class is facilitated by one teacher alone. If your child requires additional one-on-one support, they are welcome to attend with a responsible helper. On a case-by-case basis, providing a responsible helper may be a requirement for participation. Please contact the Education Coordinator at education@ladysmitharts.ca or 250-245-1252 to discuss the unique needs of your child.
Please complete the Student Emergency Contact and Profile Form prior to the start of the camp.
Please Bring:
- a water bottle and nut-free snack
- clothes that can get paint or glue on them
