About the Event

There's so much to explore in our own backyard! This camp will be a fun-filled exploration of many materials, ideas and techniques. We'll look at the natural world through artist's eyes, sketch outside, and paint on canvas. Combine watercolour with pastel and markers for a plant study. Make a clay bug house and other natural clay creations. Watch a smooth stone become a painted pet. Step outside and get creative.

Each artist is asked to bring their own lunch, water bottle, and clothes that can get a little paint, clay, and glue on them.

Please complete the Student Emergency Contact and Profile Form and submit it to education@ladysmitharts.ca prior to the start of the camp.
