About the Event

Lindsay Ford is the children’s book author, illustrator and publisher for Bread+Clutter Books, an independent publishing house on Vancouver Island. Ford creates the Awkward+Awesome reading series celebrating unlikely heroes. Titles include: Tommy Tutu, The Granny That Never Got Old, The Big Bike Bamboozle, Ugly Food, The Grandpa That Never Grew Up, Howard, Science Girl, Candy Bar War, Lonely Doug and Josie Jelly: The Donut That Ran For Mayor. Her books have been described as “next-gen”; fun for ages one to one hundred.

This event takes place at the Ladysmith Waterfront Gallery Temp Location. RSVP is not required but you will receive a reminder a day before the event. We are following current COVID-19 regulations: Masks are mandatory inside the building, and we will be checking for proof of full vaccination for all people born in 2009 or earlier.
