Ticket Policy

To help maintain the health and safety of everyone in the ACLD, sale of tickets is in place to ensure that a limited number of visitors enter the gallery for Special Live Events. There are no tickets sold at the door. Please book tickets online and in advance prior to attending the event. Access to the gallery will occur 30 minutes prior to the event’s start. Tickets must be presented to enter the event. Refunds will not be granted within 7 days of the event.
Seating is first-come, first-serve.

Limitation of Liability
Any public space where people come together, like the ACLD, produces a risk of exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Help keep each other healthy by following the most current health and safety guidelines. By being in public spaces, like the gallery, you voluntarily assume all the risks related to exposure.

Cancellation Policy
The ACLD is the agent to those who provide events, such as artists, (the “Event Organizer”). ALCD will provide you with notification if the event is cancelled as soon as possible. Ticket price will be returned to purchasers if the organizers cancel the event.
1. CANCELLED EVENTS
If the event for which you bought a ticket is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the paid value only.
2. RESCHEDULED, POSTPONED, OR MOVED EVENTS
It is the Event Organizer’s decision to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or move an event. If your event has been rescheduled, postponed, or moved, you will either: (a) keep your ticket, which will remain valid; or (b) opt to receive a refund, if the Event Organizer has approved refunds.
