Start Your Registration

For our submission process, we are using a software called

​Considerations before submitting your work:

  • Have you read all our submission guidelines? See here.

  • Fee Structure:

    • You will need to pay the non-refundable entry fee of $15 per artwork when you submit your form online.

    • If your work is accepted, the display fee for the show is $25 per artist (flat rate regardless of how many works are accepted). Artists accepted into the show will receive a link to pay this in their acceptance email after jurying is complete.


  • Payment Method:​

    • If you do not have a credit card, you can send a cheque to Arts Council of Ladysmith and DistrictPO Box 2370, Ladysmith, B.C., V9G 1B8

    • You can also pay fees by email transfer sent to

    • If you would like to pay by phone, call Delie on Tuesday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at 250-245-1252

  • Payment Confirmation:

    • You will receive confirmation of your entry payment fee after the payment is received and we have added you to our registration list.

    • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to complete your submission on 

  • Submissions must be received before April 15, 2022, at midnight. This deadline includes entry fee payment and submission form completion.

  • Once the jury has selected the show pieces, you will be notified by email whether your pieces were successful or not.

  • Jurying will be done online, but adjudicating pieces for prizes will be conducted in person.

  • The show will open to the public from May 6th to May 30th

A registration fee is required prior to submitting your work. To begin, select the orange "Register Now" button to pay your 2022 Fine Craft Show submission fee by credit card. Once you have paid your registration fee, you will receive an email with a link to complete the submission process.
